Dr Peter Walgenbach, Professor of Organization, Leadership and Human Resource Management, School of Economics and Business Administration, Friedrich Schiller University of Jena.

Dr  Walgenbach has published books on Management and Organization, a number of articles in scientific journals as, for example, Die Betriebswirtschaft, Human Relations, Industrielle Beziehungen, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Managementforschung, Organization, Organization Studies, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Managementforschung, Review of Managerial Science, Schmalenbach Business Review, Soziale Welt, Zeitschrift für betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung, Zeitschrift für Management, and Zeitschrift für Personalforschung. Further he published a large number of articles in edited books.

Dr Walgenbach is also an associate editor of the Scandinavian Journal of Management and member of the editorial board of "Die Betriebswirtschaft".
