Sven C. Berger is a trained bank official and studied business administration with a focus on information systems at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad/India and the Goethe University Frankfurt. He is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the chair of electronic commerce at the Goethe University in the industry-academic research project E-Finance Lab. His research focuses on customer management and value creation in retail banking.
